Scoring a CarneyHome is the equivalent of a SuperBowl win in real estate terms.

John Carney thought it would be a dream come true to get involved in real estate investing, right along with playing professional sports. One day in 1999, the first seed of possibility was planted on the real estate investment field of dreams. With whirlwind determination, John put his own elbow-greased perfectionism to work in renovating his first home flip.

With more than 1,199 homes bought, renovated and sold since then, John is still living the dream. His company is the most prolific buyer of foreclosed and distressed properties in Lee County, and his renovations are the benchmark for designer home makeovers.

Incidently, when you buy and renovate that many homes, you learn a few tricks of the trade. This blog is about passing nuggets of wisdom and helpful links to relevant information to you about the real estate market in Cape Coral and other areas of Southwest Florida. Through our posts on this blog, you can get to know us and hear our insights. Also, we want to connect with you and make this blog a conversation!
